We can prepare tailor-made appraisals designed to assess a property's potential in line with clients' specific criteria - projections on running yield; return on equity; or overall IRR performance. We aim to assess properties for their potential to out-perform market trends.

The department also has hands-on development expertise with established third party advisers in all aspects of the development process from planning through to construction, and all the associated professional input that is required to complete successful new developments.
