De Souza and Co Chartered Surveyors was established in 1988 as an independent firm of commercial property consultants focusing within a 10 mile radius of Heathrow Airport, covering the West London and Thames Valley area.

Office and industrial agency is the core activity of the company and this includes lettings, sales and acquisitions. The Agency department is headed up by Simon Cressey and Paul Flannery.

Brenda Mathews FRICS runs the Professional Department and specialises in all landlord and tenant advice, including rent reviews and lease renewals.

Frank De Souza MRICS has been advising clients in the West London and Thames Valley area since 1981 and provides consultancy on site acquisitions, land sales, development and investment advice.
